Our Long Trip to Genting Malaysia

This is one of the highlights on our trip to Singapore. The whole family will travel to Resort World Genting for a much needed family bonding time.

This was the first time my kids has travel out of the country. Now, they will be visiting their second one in one go. First our trip to Singapore and now will be traveling to Malaysia via land. It will be a more than 6 hours road trip, not counting our stop at the two immigration stop.

Prior to our arrival to Singapore my wife already booked our trip to Genting Malaysia via Five Star Tours. The kids were very excited for our trip, well not all. Renz were really not that excited, just to be with his mom is all that make him excited about our trip.

We arrive at Golden Miles Complex near the Lavander MRT station were the bus will be riding is located. It was still dark when we departed. It was the Singapore immigration was our first stop and daylight had already broke.

After 4 hours of travel, the kids are all spent already. Sitting all the way was really tiring. Only looking at the road, vehicle passing by, and watching some movies on the built-in video console in front of our seats are the only things we can do to pass time.

It was almost noon when we arrive. Hungry and tired was the normal mode anybody from that long of a ride. But everybody is all pumped up. The tiredness disappeared when they saw the rides of the theme park. Diether was all out when he saw the Flying Coaster.

But first things first. We need to check-in our hotel room before we can enjoy the rides.

This is actually the first thing they noticed.

After registering and getting our room number. We went up to our room to freshen up. After getting our things secure in our room, now is time to look for lunch. My tummy is actually growling that time. While looking for a good place to to eat. We also took the chance to get more photo.
